Did you know that St. Bernard has a Student Leadership Club?
Open to students in grades 7 and 8, interested individuals apply, and their applications are carefully reviewed by a dedicated committee. Once accepted, these young leaders engage in a range of exciting leadership opportunities throughout the school year including teaching leadership lessons, working on literacy skills with younger students, and participating in a service field trip.
Yesterday, several of our student leaders showcased their teamwork by organizing craft kits for the upcoming intermediate field trip next week! It was much appreciated by the intermediate teachers, and we are sure the students will love these as well.
