Selling Scrip at Weekend Masses: We need two volunteers for each selling session.

Selling Scrip at the Parish Office during the week: One volunteer for each selling session.

We would like to provide volunteer sellers for the busiest selling times during the school year, from 8 to 9 a.m. and from 3 to 4 p.m. You are welcome to sell at other times during the day. Please contact the Scrip coordinator with other desired selling times.

We currently fill orders on Monday and Thursday mornings at 8:30 a.m. This task typically takes about 1 hour during most of the year. November and December are the busiest months and filling usually is about 90 minutes.

Monday mornings: 7:30 to 8:30 a.m. The Scrip inventory is counted and agreed to the inventory records. The process typically takes about 30 minutes or less.

Wednesday afternoons: The Scrip purchases are counted and agreed to the purchase order. This process takes about 15-30 minutes and is nicely paired with a selling session on Wednesday from 3 to 4 p.m.

Friday mornings: 11 a.m. to 12 noon. Scrip inventory for weekend sales are put into the selling box and transported to the church safe. This task typically takes about 30-45 minutes.
