Selling Scrip at Weekend Masses: We need two volunteers for each selling session.
Selling Scrip at the Parish Office during the week: One volunteer for each selling session.
We would like to provide volunteer sellers for the busiest selling times during the school year, from 8 to 9 a.m. and from 3 to 4 p.m. You are welcome to sell at other times during the day. Please contact the Scrip coordinator at email@example.com with other desired selling times.
We currently fill orders on Monday and Thursday mornings at 8:30 a.m. This task typically takes about 1 hour during most of the year. November and December are the busiest months and filling usually is about 90 minutes.
Monday mornings: 7:30 to 8:30 a.m. The Scrip inventory is counted and agreed to the inventory records. The process typically takes about 30 minutes or less.
Wednesday afternoons: The Scrip purchases are counted and agreed to the purchase order. This process takes about 15-30 minutes and is nicely paired with a selling session on Wednesday from 3 to 4 p.m.
Friday mornings: 11 a.m. to 12 noon. Scrip inventory for weekend sales are put into the selling box and transported to the church safe. This task typically takes about 30-45 minutes.
